HOW TO KEEP TEENS SAFE IN THE DIGITAL AGE

A class presented by Show Low Public Library, “Keeping Your Teens Safe in the Digital Age,” will teach parents and adults about the dangers of social media, apps and texting by teens and pre-teens on Tuesday, June 12, from 9:30 a.m. to noon. Discover the dangerous apps youth are accessing or sharing with others, understand texting lingo that may seem confusing, learn ways to handle cyberbullying and find ways to keep them safe from victimization. The class is free but registration is required because of space limitations in the computer lab. Stop by the library or call the computer lab at 532-4065 for information.
